Extra jam
Masseria Giòsole’s extra jams contain at least 70% fresh seasonal fruit and sugar, just like the kind grandma used to make, without added preservatives and thickeners, however long it takes and without worrying about how many jars have to be produced, but about how to preserve nature in the best way. Each piece of fruit is washed and destemmed, then pits or other foreign bodies are removed, all by hand, then simmered at temperatures never over 70 °C.
